ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
We ship Wode watches both domestically and to a select number of international destinations.
Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days depending on the delivery location. Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforeseen conditions including weather conditions, flight delays and etc at the courier company end.
Any charges for shipping will be mentioned on the cart while placing the order.
As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.
Domestic: We do allow for returns and exchanges on our products. We can't imagine why anyone would want to return something so wonderful, but if you absolutely have to, keep reading further.
We accept returns and exchanges up to 7 days after the courier recorded delivery date. If you would like to begin the return process, please email us at email@example.com.
Instructions will be sent upon approval from a Wode team member. And the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days (after we receive and inspect the product).
The product bought will only be accepted for return if they are in perfect condition with no damage or marks whatsoever. The product must be in its original packaging and should include the original bill.
International: We do not accept returns/exchanges on International shipments. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
